Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

The home is heated/ cooled by a heat pump which isn’t my favorite but we were comfortable using the fireplace and dressing appropriately. The Best Nest product far exceeds other vacation rentals. The only thing we would suggest for improvement would be a space for grocery items which we made do moving dishes/ cups around an stuffed the refrigerator.   22 Hollyberry was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Sea Pines and close to everything. Biking to the beach was so easy and then a short bike ride away down to Salty Dog and shops was great too. And the home was a perfect setup for our family. Open floor plan, beautiful rooms and so comfortable. The kitchen and living and deck were perfect. The home was great but the true star of this vacation was BESTNET and Beverly Serral. This house was perfectly appointed. The amenities were absolutely amazing. This home had everything you needed and in the right spots. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the right appliances and stuff to make it a great week. We didnt have to get any of the stuff you usually do to get through the week. It was just there. Dish soap, snack bags, aluminum foil, every pot and pan you can imagine, laundry supplies and more. It came stocked with beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrellas all in perfect condition. The home was in great condition. Dont get me started on how clean the house was. Every room, corner and table. The house smelled fresh and was spotless when we walked in and made the trip so enjoyable. Even the grill was perfectly appointed and clean. This trip was such a wonderful experience as the home was more than we could have hope for.

  We arrived at dusk and were thrilled to see that lights were turned on inside the house. It was a very warm welcome. The house was pristine clean and suited our needs precisely. The kitchen was very well equipped for the days we chose not to go out for dinner. The outdoor grill was very clean and worked great. On the kitchen island was a basket of treats, bananas, cookies, popcorn and bones for our dog. In the garage were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a wagon to get everything to the beach. On a cool evening, we lit the fireplace, which made it feel like home. We had a delightful two weeks. Highly recommend this rental.

  We visit Hilton Head every September, and last year was the first time we rented from Beverly Serral. Unfortunately, Hurricane Irma canceled our trip before we even arrived. The staff handled that situation so well, we decided we’d try them again this year.
  
  We arrived at 22 Hollyberry late at night, but the exterior lighting at the home was set for our arrival. We were able to easily get into the house without fumbling for keys or light switches. The interior of the home is beautiful and very inviting! We were surprised to find a lovely welcome basket from the company on the kitchen island as well.
  
  The rooms were impeccably clean and decorated. The beds were oh so very comfortable and I’ve decided I need one of those beds in my room at home! There is literally everything you need at this rental property - all dishes, Tupperware, makeup mirror, regular towels and beach towels, BBQ, even books to read! And the choices for beach chairs, umbrellas, bags, and toys for the kids were great as well. And the cart to tow it all in was awesome, too!
  
  We loves the location of the house, as it’s off main path but close enough to everything. The drive to the sea pines beach club was easy and parking there was a breeze (it was after Labor Day, so not as crazy as the rest of the summer can be).
  
  Unfortunately, two days into our stay Hurricane Florence was named and mandatory evacuation was announced by the Governor. We were required to cut our vacation short and were bummed to leave this nice home. Again, the staff was amazing and kept us updated about that situation, and were very hospitable. We will be renting from Beverly Serral again, but are definitely going to aim for earlier in the summer to avoid hurricane season!

  We had wonderful stay this summer at 22 Hollyberry Lane location. It is a wonderful home with lots of light and beautifully decorated. The treats and snacks left for us at arrival were so thoughtful! The house had everything we might need. We didn’t have to pack and travel with beach towels, or rent umbrellas, beach chairs or a cart to take to the beach. All directions and instructions emailed to us and left for us in a binder at the house were very helpful and answered all of our questions about the house and ease around the island and beach access. The house itself is in a quiet little neighborhood which we walked around every morning. When we did contact the Beverly Serral staff with a quick question it was promptly answered and very professional and friendly. We would definitely rent this home again.

  HHI (Sea Pines specifically) was everything that everyone said it would be. Beautiful place, awesome beaches and a ton of fun things to do. The house was perfect and we really appreciated how clean it was and how quickly we were able to get settled in.
  Great vacation spot.

  As usual this Beverly Serral Signature Rental checked all the boxes. The house felt like our home for the week. The house is always well stocked with everything from linens to Ziploc bags. The technology equipment is always in good working order but if something goes wrong the Serral team leaves a number of detailed suggestions to troubleshoot the issue.

  Every time we have rented from Beverly Serral, our experience has been fantastic. As former residents of HHI, we want our rental to be comfortable, accommodating and reasonably priced.   This is the second year we rented a BSSR and the experience was fantastic. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with every amenity we would want. The property was conveniently located where Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, Sea Pines Beach Club, and South Beach were all a short bike ride away. Our kids loved the home. And we greatly appreciated Beverly accommodating a special request. The entire experience was great. We would highly recommend this or any other BSSR property.

  The home was just what we expected from Beverly's Signature properties. Everything was brand new and decorated extremely well. Everything was labeled (drawers, contents, wall switches, television remotes,etc.). Great Weber grill with a very nice patio plus access to the garage...just felt like home.

  Our week was PERFECT in every way. The home is well located, close to South Beach Club, Harbortown and Truffles. Beverly Serral is an excellent decorator, selecting items and colors that are very appealing for a vacation home. We hope to come back and wish we were young enough to ride bicycles on the bike paths which were so near!

  We loved 22 Hollyberry..We were the first renters following the recent renovation and we found the property to be the ideal "home away from home"..,we enjoyed it so much that immediately following our departure we tried to book it for a time the following year only to find it was already filled..This property will be in demand based on it's style, amenities and cleanliness..We recommend it !
