Our BESTNEST/Luxe property at 23 South Beach Lagoon (A VRBO Top Ten in America, The famous Today Show and Bucket List Family house!) showcases the concept beautifully-- this is a casually chic, and gracious home, resplendent with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. This property requires a minimum 7-night stay in summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures.

• Multiple decks with seating and dining areas and big Weber gas grill, loads of beach equipment including Yeti coolers, wagons, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a Shibumi beach shade.
• A fully stocked, true cook’s kitchen with Electrolux refrigeration, a gourmet gas cooktop, 3 coffee makers (traditional drip, Keurig, and Nespresso Virtuo — Kcups and Nespresso pods coffee also supplied)
• Total of 6 Bedrooms, each with en suite baths, and 8 full and 2 half baths. Ground level bedrooms include 2 double queens. Mezzanine level includes a king bedroom plus dedicated office. Main level bedrooms include an oceanfront master suite, plus a family suite with 1 king, 1 queen, and sitting room or nursery with daybed/trundle. (Total beds include 3 Kings, 5 queens, and 1 twin)
• Multiple gathering areas, which are ideal for guest gathering or separation including a ground level "rec room"
• Amplifi whole-house WiFi with 400 Mbps speed, password protected internet
• 9 new Samsung televisions with digital Spectrum enhanced Spectrum channel selection

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING! 2 dogs maximum, certain breeds and mixes not allowed, all must be crated when left alone) at $450 per dog and refundable damage deposit. Please inquire with your dog details. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Doge are never allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone.

POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  Earlier this month I got the family together to celebrate my dads 91st birthday. We love Hilton Head. I have been coming here for years, and own a condo here actually, but it was too small to fit all of us for this trip. We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful house! It had every amenity we could want, and the views of the gorgeous beach are amazing! The bedrooms were all appointed beautifully as well as the rest of the house. I would very happily rent there again.
