Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  This house was beautiful and very clean! My 8 and 13 year old children were ecstatic about their bedrooms. The rooms were perfect for each child to set- up their belongings and fill at home away from home. We really appreciated the welcome basket. The property provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. I loved the open and spacious shower in the master bedroom. The Best Nest representative was very responsive and helpful when we called with an issue with the washing machine. They sent the repair person out the next day while we went to the local pool. This did not inconvenience us at all. My family had a wonderful time and would stay at this property again.

  We rented bikes for the week (highly recommend), and could easily ride to different beach access points, to South Beach/Salty Dog, to Harbor Town/Lighthouse, we also explored the Baynard Ruins and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Maps at the house show all of these, as well as places to shop, eat, and whatever else you want to do. We even rode bikes to Publix (be sure to turn left to cross the road just after going through the Sea Pines gate, or you can double your trip!) The main room of the house is lovely, kitchen had what we needed (2 coffee makers: one Mr. Coffee & one Keurig), nice layout of the main level. Backyard is secluded with trees surrounding. Huge garage to store the bikes & do our workouts; also held lots of beach chairs and toys. Spacious laundry room convenient to the bedrooms, had beach towels & detergent, laundry baskets in each bedroom were nice to have, and 2 suitcase racks in the spacious master walk-in closet. Master bath is beautiful! Plenty of soap in each bathroom/kitchen, as well as shampoo & other cleaning supplies. Only suggestions are that the master bed was a bit squeaky & outdoor deck area could use a bit of sprucing up. Lovely house, lovely trip, recommended.

  We so enjoyed the month of February at 5 Wildwood Ct in Sea Pines. We have been summer visitors to Sea Pines for the past 34 years. The past 2 we have added a winter break! The house was great—clean, supplied, and perfect for a month with our Goldendoodle. The shortcut to Sea Pines Center and the one out the back yard made Harbor Town and Beach Club walks so convenient! We have never been in such a well stocked house and have rented from many agencies through the years. The staff was great in helping us resolve a very minor TV issue. 5 Wildwood Ct was definitely a “best nest”!

  A great house, so comfortable for our 3 daughters (teens plus in age) and our small dog. Incredibly organized, well-equipped, attractive. All the tech worked (not a given in this day and age), kitchen was well-stocked with equipment so that we could do plenty of cooking. Location was terrific, especially once we discovered the path that runs behind the house and is a shortcut to the bike/walking path. Only thing we hated was having to leave! Hope to come back again.

  This is the first time that I used a Beverly Serral rental, and it was just as stated on the VRBO page. They contacted me to make sure all was well, which it was. The house was fully stocked, and we really did not have to buy any extra,just the food, and snacks that we wanted to eat. This was the first place that we have stayed that my wife did'nt put on her bed sheets that she brings along. It really was that nice. Location was good, and a good neighborhood. TV's in all rooms were also great with Netflix on all if you get a rainy day. Highly recomended!

  This was our third winter renting this home for a month and we loved it again. It has just the right amount of space for two adults and occasional friends. The den space is my favorite as it has a separate TV and comfy chair. We locve the proximity to Harbourtown and all the bike trails. We even walked to the Salty Dog Cafe in south beach one day. Beverly and her staff are always attentive and we appreciate their follow up. all the little details are so nice, makeup washcloths so you don't blacken the white ones with mascara, soaps, TP and tissues.   We had a great stay at 5 wildwood ct. It was neat, clean and as expected. Located in the woods it was very quiet. It's about a mile from beach access but we just drove over to the beach club which is very nice. It was also great that they allow dogs, we brought our well behaved lab which was major bonus for us. We would definitely rent again from them. So much better than a hotel or condo.
