Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Top of the list is CLEAN and we mean CLEAN in all caps! Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.

33 Baynard Cove is open and bright and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation.

A spacious living room with huge LCD/HDTV/BluRay/Netflix opens to kitchen and dining areas and overlooks the Baynard Cove Creek -- perfect for bird watching and crabbing.

The open kitchen features a large island and adjoins the open dining area with seating for 10.

Four bedrooms (Master with King, Guest King, Guest with two Queens, and guest with two Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as LCD TV/Netflix in each room. 4 Full baths have all been fully renovated and are sparkling clean.

Outdoors you will find a private dock for fishing/kayaking, plus a stunning, heatable pool (NICELY SUNNY as trees have recently been removed), and sun deck, gas grill. Amazing sunsets occurring nightly.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival-full refund less 10% of amount paid. Cancellations 89-45 days prior to arrival forfeit 60% of amount paid. Cancellations 44 or fewer days prior to arrival forfeit total amount paid. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: See our map to the beach in the house information binder. Walk to the beach in about 8-10 min.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $200.00 for the first day and $100.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November.   This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. .

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

    The home had 4 private bedrooms each having their own bath. Two within in the rooms and 2 outside the bedroom. The kitchen , dining room and living room were spacious to accommodate everyone without feeling crowded. The notebook clearly laid out the rules as well as suggesting sites.

    The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach! We biked everywhere and never used the car for the 5 days we were here. As soon as you entered the house you were swept away to the beach! The furnishings and decor were very cozy and nautical! Every bath and bed was beautifully outfitted and super cozy. We spent a lot of time in the pool and was very happy that it was mostly shaded throughout the day so it keep the water and us cool! We fished a lot off the back dock and brought our own kayaks and went exploring as well. We were very sad to leave 33 Banyard and really hope to come back soon. Only suggestion I would have is that it lacks curb appeal in front and back which could be spruced up with a few planters...just a suggestion.

    Everything was top notch and was a smooth process to checkin. House is in a perfect location at Sea Pines with only minutes to bike to the beach. Interior is tastefully done and gives a very luxurious feel. Highly recommend Beverly and this house!

    Incredible experience! This home was just as described, wonderful layout, very clean, bedding & linens were impecable. Kitchen wonderfully stocked with silverwear, pots/pans, lots of dishes & as a family who enjoys cooking each meal & often bring our own items to supplement, we needed nothing! A nice surprise were the beach towels, beach toys/chairs, coolers all available to be used. Also, a nice surprise were the soaps, laundry detergent, significant supply of paper products of which we never ran out of. The rental agency, Bestnest was once of the nicest, most responsive rental agencies we have ever used, incredible service which is often hard to come by during the busy sumer months. Would absolutely recommend this home & rental company to friends & family. A perfect stay in everyway!!!

    The lay out of this house , the bedrooms, the living space , the kitchen all worked very well for our family. Its only a short bike ride to the beach and the dock and the opportunity to fish and crab added to our experience. We enjoyed the pool although it was shaded most of the day. This house would be one we would be interested in renting again.
