HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers or any kind.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans will have to pay a fine) and must be created when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  Beverly Serral and her fantastic team literally rescued our month long stay in Hilton Head. I had booked a townhome with another company ( a year in advance) and the day I arrived (after driving 20 hours) they cancelled due to repair work. No advance warning. The rental was also not as advertised--it was in bad shape and wasn't clean.
  This home that Beverly found for us was an oasis--exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, quality linens and towels with a kitchen that boasted everything a good chef could want.
  The Beverly Serral properties are fairly expensive but in my view they are well worth the money given their quality. I've rented for decades and never had such excellent customer service nor stayed in such a lovely place.
  This is the first property that was furnished by Beverly years ago and the kitchen could use a little updating...the master bath, I understand will likely soon be renovated. But, even as is, it is a wonderful retreat. The fire pit and seating area in the back garden is another bonus-- private and shaded. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from BSerral again.   The home we stayed at in Hilton Head was very lovely and the rental and check in process were well organized. The home was well equipped. Our only complaint was the cleaning required on our part at check out. We had a 16 hour drive home and weren’t very happy to be doing laundry and emptying all trash bins outside before leaving. We were reminded that we were required to do these jobs a few days before leaving. There’s a 6 hour window between one guest checking out and the new one checking in. These properties are listed as luxury rentals with a price commensurate to that. The property management company should hire more staff if these jobs can’t be completed during the turnover instead of having the guests, who have a very long journey that day, doing them.

  Not only was this an excellent rental but the pictures EXACTLY matched the house when we got there. How often does THAT happen? The local property manager, Bestnest Beverly Serral rentals, answered every question we had. They too were outstanding and highly recommended. Having a local “concierge” service is invaluable.
  House was comfortable, beds and bedding equally so. Most impressive was the quality and completeness of the kitchen. Cookware was as good as what we use at home and all attention to detail was managed. Little things, like all pots and pans had matching covers, the flatware was all the same pattern. Ditto glassware, flatware and bath linens. They even had a set of matching plastic containers with matching lids. Really, there was no small detail missed.
  Great location, easy 15 minute walk to either the beach club OR the pool, quiet neighborhood with excellent walking trails yet convenient to everything including Harbortown and great restaurants.
  This house and Beverly and her team both highly recommended. We hope to visit again..... next time for longer!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 17 Hollyberry Lane....a wonderful escape to celebrate a birthday! It was very clean, well stocked/organized with amenities and felt like home! A bonus was finding a nice, clean home where we could also include our dog on our vacation!
  When we opened the door, I was in awe! It was exactly what we expected plus more. We were welcomed with a "goodie basket" including fruit, crackers, sweets and gift cards to local restaurants(Truffles and Chow Daddy's) which we used and enjoyed!
  The location was ideal for biking, walking the dog, and in very close proximity to the beach and community pool including basketball and tennis courts which we utilized.
  We look forward to returning next year for an extended stay. We will definitely be utilizing and highly recommend BESTNEST by Beverly Serral. You can tell she takes pride in what she does! The customer service and staff, Lizette and Diane, were great!

  We could not have been happier with 17 Hollyberry. The house itself was incredibly cleaned and we could not believe how well stocked it was - pots, pans, garbage bags, beach towels, etc. It's a beautiful space inside and we also enjoyed the deck and fire pit at night. The neighborhood it is situated in is beautiful and quiet with bike trails for miles. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach and to Harbour Town and the Salty Dog! It is also near many restaurants and grocery stores in short driving distance. The neighborhood pool and playground area was wonderful for our family as well. The management company for this property is fantastic - they were so quick to respond to questions and accommodated our many requests. We would definitely rent this house again!

  We had such a lovely vacation in Hilton Head at 17 Hollyberry. The home was perfectly appointed, beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family. An easy bike ride to the Beach Club, the Low Country Market, and Harbor Town -- we spent hours enjoying the trails, getting coffee, riding around Hilton Head. The home came perfectly appointed with everything that we needed -- and was labeled & explained so we knew where what lightswitches went with which light and how to work the TV. The rental company went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. We've been going to Hilton Head for several years. This was our most enjoyable visit.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at 17 Hollyberry. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood for walking our dog & the location was conveniently located within Sea Pines. We have rented quite a few places but none were equipped as well as this one as far as supplies, kitchen items, and bath items. And the house seemed immaculately clean. The decor was so nice in every room which made it a joy to stay there. The king bed in the master was very comfortable and the linens were high quality. We were thrilled that we were allowed to have our small dog with us in this beautiful home and the icing on the cake was the gift basket from Beverly Serral which had various snacks and information. This was an extremely high quality rental and we look forward to renting from Beverly Serral again - she and her staff are professional, helpful, and very pleasant.

  5 adults and 1 dog recovering from ACL surgery, perfectly sized accommodation for our group, well decorated and well equipped with regard to cookware and beach accessories. Reasonably priced and intelligent details like the rental app and the pushbutton deadbolt on the front door. Highly recommended.

  When we walked in the house smelled and looked clean. Everything was labeled and organized and the house had absolutely everything we could ask for...down to supplying cotton balls and q-tips! Right away we felt like we were home. It was comfortable, cozy, and we would definitely stay again. Or any of the Beverly Signature properties because not only was the only house wonderful but everyone we dealt with at the office was an absolute pleasure.

  Everything was perfect from the minute we booked this property. Communicating with the rental agency was fast, polite and helpful. The rental app pointed us in the right direction as to restaurants and things to do. The house is beautiful, was in a superb location, and most importantly was immaculate. I had several special requests that were handled with care by Beverly Serral Rentals. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time. There were even welcome milkbones and snacks for all our kids. Everything one could need was at this home from beach chairs and umbrellas to extra pillows and towels. We can't wait to go back!

  Marvelous! What a week. We headed out our door feeling a bit rushed and disorganized only to arrive into a zen-like house with all of the things we forgot! I've never seen a rental property so fully stocked with everything we needed (and more!). There seems to be thought in every detail and I was even more amazed to learn that this was only one of MANY properties this company rents. How they do it? I don't know. But what I DO know is I will only rent from Beverly Serral in the future.

  Very clean & well remodeled home. Had almost everything we needed except for one thing, propane for the gas grill. Didn't make sense that they provided things like qutips, shampoo, soap, coffee filters, etc., which are normally things that guests would be required to bring, but required us to purchase propane for 1-2 uses per stay. That's a pretty expensive thing to have to buy especially when there is no way one family could use the whole tank in one week stay. If the rental company paid for a tank of propane it would probably last the entire summer.

    Hello Brandon and thank you for your kind words. A note about propane-- its is sort of like food. We supply the equipment (sparkling clean grill, tank and fuel gauge) and our guests supply the fuel IF they desire to use the grill. Not everyone does. A tank refill is $20 at the grocery store and we supply full details and information on the process. In all candor-- and not to toot our horn too loudly-- just by virtue of supplying the clean, well maintained grill, tank and gauge, we surpass other rental experiences by a few miles.
