• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the side door-- 2-3 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  The house is well furnished in a comfortable, contemporary fashion. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked with virtually all types of cooking utensils, pots and pans and the dishes and cutlery were new, cleaned very attractive. The facility was managed more like a large suite in a hotel rather than the usual beach rental. Beverly has a great business model. I would definitely stay again. The house is a spacious 3BR/3BA with all amenities. The lot is quite small so the outdoor space is not particularly usable or private but with beach access and bike and walking paths at your doorstep I didn't feel I missed out on anything.

  This property worked perfectly for our November vacation. So close to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet (hardly any homes occupied). The extras make renting with Beverly Serral such a pleasure: the home is stocked with trash bags, beach towels, toilet paper, etc. Comfortable beds and bedding! We had a few brief wifi outages, but that may have been due to street construction nearby. Otherwise, the wifi was strong enough for video work, etc. New decking. Highly recommend this property.

  This is our second experience with BESTNEST. Our first was wonderful as well. We expected to bring our 10 month old puppy with us and were confident a BESTNEST rental would be superior to any other "pet friendly" option. In the end we did not bring our puppy with us and we were not disappointed. The home was impeccably clean. The furniture is as described. The bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen was fine. There was no sign pets had been in the home at any time.
  The ONLY downside is the lack of an inviting outdoor space. The screened porch has a dining table which seemed redundant. Comfortable outdoor seating and lighting would be a better choice for that area. There is no pool.

The house is so organized and well appointed with every cleaning supply imaginable and full kitchen with labels for every drawer and cabinet. The home is furnished beautifully and has a beachy vibe. Also enjoyed the beach chairs that come with the house. Bathrooms were immaculate and beds were cozy. Beverly Serral is lovely! We loved the welcome basket with goodies and she came by to check in on us and bring a stand up fan that we requested. We loved eating at Fraser's at Sea Pines club, biking, tennis at South Beach, and dinner at the Crazy Crab.

  Great layout for three bedroom, three bath home with a three minute walk to the beach. The house was well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving stay with our family of four and two beagles. The bathrooms are newly renovated and the showers are fantastic!

Given the ongoing disruption in activities related to the pandemic, we really wanted to be able to walk to the beach. We were not disappointed! Lovely home, clean, and well maintained. An easy walk to the beach allowed us to go enjoy the morning, come home for lunch and a quiet rest, then enjoy another beach visit before dinner. Our now 5 year old granddaughter always seems to sum our annual Hilton Head vacations. This year was no exception. She walked out of “her” bedroom and declared “ my room is awesome.   This is a lovely home, comfy bed and furniture. Short walk down a path to the beach. It was exceptionally clean!
  I must say the care and attention to detail by BESTNEST was phenomenal. We wanted for nothing. The supplies were ample enough for our 10 day visit. We were greeted with a thoughtful gift basket, even a treat for our dog.

  We have been vacationing on HHI for approx. 30 years. This trip was our first rental thru Beverly Serral. It was the absolutely best experience. The home was immaculate, very comfortable and was exactly as presented in the photos. We enjoyed the large TVs (for the sports fans) and the Bose (for relaxing) and being near the beach path. We had a wonderful time, relaxed...the whole point of a good vacation!
  
  Everyone at BSSR was professional, nice and caring. I felt they really want us to enjoy our trip and made sure we had everything we needed. They even left a nice gift basket for us upon arrival that included treats for my dog. We are looking forward to returning HHI and will look for a BSSR rental on our next trip. Top notch!

  The house was perfect. Sea Pines is a great location! Very safe and all the house's are beautiful. Literally 5 minute walk to the beach! Bike/Walking path feet from the front door. We rode our bikes to Salty dog and to Harbor Town. Pet friendly house, I could walk my dog easily because of the location to the walking/bike path. Beverly was very accommodating. She even answered her phone after business hours when we couldn't figure out the
  Wi-Fi. The house came with everything we needed for the beach. We only needed to buy food for the house. It came with everything! House was very clean. There is a grocery store less than 10 minutes way. I would highly recommend this house especially for a dog owner and family. We have 2 kids and they each had their own bedroom, bathroom and TV! The house was nice and bright because of all the windows. We all loved it! We hated to leave... I would not hesitate to stay there again!

  I’ve stayed at Sea Pines several times but this was my first Beverly Serral rental, and it was definitely a cut above. The House was in great condition, which I expect in Sea Pines, but this property had everything we needed - no need to pack beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. - it was all there in abundance. We cooked several nights and the kitchen was thoroughly stocked with whatever cookware and implements we needed (including two coffee makers). Paper goods, some staples (cooking oil, salt, grill spray...) were also already stocked. I will rent again from Beverly. Her staff were also easy to reach, personable, professional and helpful. I’m a very critical person and I had no complaints. The house and how it was managed exceeded my expectations.

  Beverly Serral rentals are always good. This rental was great! We most liked the location...very close to the Sea Pines beach. We also liked the bungalow layout, the calm decor, all the amenities and the pet friendly policy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. The screened-in porch and the dining room easily accommodated 4 couples for evening meals. Beverly Serral’s team is very professional and a pleasure to work with. We hope to return next year.

  We loved our stay and Laughing Gull The slow walk to the beach can’t be more than 2.5 to 3 minutes and that’s going slow. We didn’t realize how close the fourth row to the beach really was and we feel like we had extra time in the week because of the last time walking there. We have come to find that Beverly Serral‘s rentals are a priority for us as they are equipped you like no other, clean like no other and the bedding is always high end which means a lot when we travel and are away from our own comforts of home.

  We had a great stay at 8 Laughing Gull - the beach was indeed a very short walk (and to a pretty uncrowded part of the beach as well!) The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Very comfortable for a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Extremely well stocked from the beach supplies to kitchen tools to bathroom necessities. Only complaint was we couldn't find grill tools for the grill! Would definitely stay here again.

  We've been coming to HHI for 15 years and this is our first Beverly Serral rental. The property was is excellent condition. Clean and comfortable and stocked with the basic items needed for the week. It was nice to not have to bring detergent, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We had a family of 5 including 3 teenage children and found the unit to have more than enough space. Beds were very comfortable. The location was just as described; short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property.
