1594 Lagoon Villas is a wonderfully comfortable, light filled property and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. This one-level villa feels like home with light and airy spaces, and 3 larger bedrooms, each with ensuite bath.

The superb South Beach location (literally steps to all things Salty Dog AND the BEACH!) and comfort of this villa make it a fabulous new addition to our portfolio in 2021. We've just installed lots of new furnishings and all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection.

This villa boasts an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen with breakfast area, plus a roomy dining room with seating for 6.

The stylish and comfortable living area features a 65" Samsung TV with expanded digital channel selection. Each BESTNEST features a premium Bluetooth speaker for easy playing of our specially curated BESTNEST Spotify playlists or your own favorites.

Three bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV and Netflix. The bathrooms are well lit and sparkling clean. Big closets and a full laundry room complete the special interior features of the villa. Bonus: Super convenient parking right at the front door!

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 1/4 mile or about 5-6 minutes easy walk.

POOL: In 2024 the South Beach pool is being renovated, and therefore not usable/open. Luckily, the ocean is so very close!

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their human will have to pay a fine), and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this property.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

  We love staying in a Beverly Serral rental home. They are always well equipped and clean, with just about all the comforts of home. This home is bright and comfortable. Our only recommendations would be firmer sofa cushions, as they are breaking down & you sink when seated; and to exterminate the drain flies in the bathrooms. Otherwise, it was great and the location is so close to The Salty Dog and pickle ball courts. Community pool is walking distance too. We definitely recommend this rental!

  This is our second stay at this home. We love the decor and location (quick walk to Salty Dog). We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the lagoon wildlife, and the retractable awning is a nice plus. After dark, the TV's and streaming options are great!
  
  Only one complaint - the living room furniture is not as comfortable as we would have liked. The sofa needs to be replaced, and if you had 6 people, the seating is limited! Other furnishings are first rate!
  
  We would be glad to stay there again or at any BestNest property.

The view from the back porch to the lagoon is great for morning coffee and evening breaks. The house itself is very spacious and impeccably maintained.   Stunning! Great location! The Villa was relaxing and beautifully decorated. The “special” treats left for guests were not only delicious they were very much appreciated after a long drive and later arrival. Everyone in area were very cordial. The walk to some of the shops and restaurants were convenient, very accessible. Same with the beach area. The beach chairs and cart and coolers were a plus. Many “extra” thought out misc etc to make the vacation the best one yet! Will look forward to our next trip! Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

  We really enjoyed this home for its quality and location. We had great weather to enjoy the decks overlooking one of the lagoons. Easy walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants at South Beach Island Marina. We really wished we had the time to stay longer. The only negative with these types of rentals is the rental agreement. From all feedback we have ever gotten, we are great renters that care for other people's properties; however, these rental agreements freak me out because they require you to inspect the property upon arrival to make sure any existing damage isn't blamed on you (the required detail for the inspection seems to vary by agency). I get it and the need for it, but it still hurts the experience. It’s always a nagging concern in the back of my mind of what I was supposed to inspect or whether I’ve missed something after a bad experience we had with a boat rental years ago. Unfortunately, we didn't have the energy after a long drive to do the inspection, but, thankfully, we did not get blamed for any of the issues we ended up finding during our stay (just minor stuff like rug spots, some dusty cheese under a piece of furniture, floor cupping near the refrigerator; a towel bar that fell off in the bathroom, but we were able to restore and tighten). Thankfully, the home was in great shape otherwise. The rental agency was super helpful and great to work with. After having rented via Beverly Serral Vacation Rentals, my fear of their rental agreement has subsided a bit. We will definitely be back.

You are correct, it sets a level of expectation of our guests, but also sets the bar for us to be accountable to you. And your damage protection premium protects you! We are always baffled when something breaks and no one tells us-- when it will be covered by the damage protection! And dogs-- oh we had an awful experience once with a dog (owner) who left a mess and then dared me to prove that her dog made the mess. She accused the housekeepers......... really? This is why we ask our guests to let us know if anything is amiss that we might have missed. That's all! Beverly

  This property was everything promised. The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe, and all the amenities offered (bike rentals, dolphin tours, kayaking, etc). It was also within walking distance to the beach. Beverly Serral provided everything you would need for a fun and relaxing day at the beach. The property was very well maintained. The only problem we came across was a light burned out in the shore. They responded within half an hour to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this property.

  My friend and I came to Hilton Head to celebrate my neighbor’s acceptance to medical school. The Villa was perfect in every way! Great South Beach location (quick walk to the beach and the Salty Dog Cafe), 3 comfortable en suites, impeccably clean and very well appointed. Even had a sturdy cart to carry all the beach gear, including sand castle making toys (which we used!). Easy check in, had yummy basket of treats waiting upon arrival. Had bath soap, all the dish cleaning items you’ll need, even laundry soap. Nice if you are flying in and don’t have room in your suitcase for all that stuff. Do not hesitate to stay here - it’s a real gem. Best rental I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere!

  We very much enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The property was super clean and VERY nice. I believe it is a new property so there was some issues with the cable and internet working. In addition, the book left at the property did not indicate where the beach gear was located. We did not think to look in the back bedroom closet. So, more information about those two things up front would have been helpful. The gift basket was a very nice touch! We would definitely stay here again!
