• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews. While our housekeeping has always been fastidious, we are taking extra precautions, using CDC approved products, and treating both hard and soft surfaces prior to your arrival.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk to the beach in 10-12 minutes, or bike in less than 5 minutes. You may also drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 5 minutes by car from 10 Audubon Pond. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers or any kind.

PETS: Sorry, only humans welcomed at this property. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE: The owners of this home do bring their own dogs occasionally.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March-May and September-November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  In a word, amazing. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The place was absolutely fabulous. Five couples came down to the home to celebrate a 40th birthday. The fight started on what adult couple wanted to stay in the bunk room! Tucked away from the rest of the home, it was a small getaway within. From there, we all had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home. The home was well stocked, extremely clean, with beautiful little touches throughout. We rented bikes and rode to the Salty Dog and different beaches pretty easy. It’s centrally located!

  Our tennis team was playing in a state tournament in Hilton Head and needed accomodations for the tournament. This home was a perfect place for our ladies tennis team to escape and relax before and after our matches. The home is stocked and set up with so many little details that made a huge difference for us. It allowed us to enjoy our time versus worrying about whether we had enough supplies.   Wow - what a great property! We know this particular location in Sea Pines very well, and love the close proximity to beach and biking trails. The house is more modern than many in Sea Pines, having been built in the last couple decades... rooms are spacious and lovely screened porch and pool area. What really made this visit over the top was BESTNEST by Beverly Serral. To say the property was clean is an understatement. It was by far the most immaculate of any we have rented. Furnishings were very well kept and nicely styled. The home was perfectly stocked: coffee filters, spices, all the cookware/glassware you can imagine, soaps, paper products, laundry products, beach equipment, etc., etc. The fees are higher than others, but I can say worth every cent for the level of service. BESTNEST will be our go-to for future HHI visits!

  This property was great. Definitely recommend renting bikes. We rented from Hilton Head Outfitters (10% off for BestNest customers) but there is also a rental at South Beach. You can walk or bike to the beach (there are walkways and parks along the main road for access) and to South Beach racquet to play tennis or pickle ball or to Harbour Town. Pool is a bit chilly for the spring season even when heated but kids still used it. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds are very comfortable and the house is beautiful. We would definitely return.
