• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk to the beach in 10 minutes, or bike in 5-7 minutes. You may also drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 5 minutes by car from 11 Gunnery Lane. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.

    Hurricane Debby shortened our vacation to just 1 day which was a big disappointment for all 11 of us. However, I want to comment on the great service by the B. Serral team in being there for us and on the BESTNEST at 11 Gunnery Lane. This home is incredible with everything ever needed for a great vacation. Only being there 1 night I’m sure we didn’t find all the hidden treasures but what we did find provided everything we needed. We would love to try HHI and the Serral agency and nice again!!

    This house worked really well for our family of 6 grandparents/parents and three small children. As always, the house was exceptionally clean and very well equipped for a large group, with plenty of seating options on two levels. Although the weather was cool, we did use the pool which was heated and the outlook is good. Location was better than we anticipated. Very quiet, but adjacent to the path that went right to the beach in 10-12 mins easy walk. A great touch was the selection of streaming options and the fact that screen sharing was an option on all TV's! Helpful with small kids. All in all another first class house allowing us to focus exclusively on enjoying family time.

    Our family of 10 spent 6 nights in what must be one of the nicest properties in the BESTNEST group. The updates to the house really make it stunning. The arrangement of the 5 bedrooms allowed the older adults to sleep downstairs while the young slept upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and there wasn't anywhere in the house you couldn't see a TV. As always, the house was clean and ready for us to arrive. As an example of the little details BESTNEST looks after, the ice maker in the bar was not working so staff provided use with multiple backs of ice for our stay. And finally, one of the primary reasons we rented this property was the access to the pond where our two diligent fishermen hauled in a couple of large red fish. All in all, another great rental experience from BESTNEST. We have already decided to return to the property for next year's gathering.

    BESTNEST/Beverly Searles top-notch. Incredibly clean home and well-stocked house. GREAT pool and big kitchen. Fantastic location on bike path - 1.8 miles from Harbour Town, Salty Dog, and Beach Club. Even shorter to beach and small shopping center. Property manager fast to respond to lone major repair issue.

    This is one of the most impressively decorated and furnished homes i have ever stayed in. Our group had 3 kids and 5 adults and we were all very comfortable. There are two separate living areas, perfect for families. The master overlooks a little pond in the back and the pool (amazing room). Pretty close to everything, we rented bikes and the house is right on really a nice bike path. Pool area needs a little updating, not up to par with the interior. Very unique layout in the house. We loved it.

    We had a wonderful stay with plenty of space for a family of four plus four grandparents. The house is gorgeous and gets beautiful natural light all during the day. The layout is great for multiple families and the kids loved the loft area for games and movie time. The house is located right next to the bike/walking trail which was perfect for walks and bike rides. We can't wait to visit again!
