Our BESTNEST/Luxe property at 23 South Beach Lagoon (A VRBO Top Ten in America, The famous Today Show and Bucket List Family house!) showcases the concept beautifully- this is a casually chic, and gracious home, resplendent with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. This property requires a minimum 7-night stay in summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures.

Coming completion May 1, 2026: 7 all new bathrooms, all new rec room and pool bath, new decks and patio, plus a laundry list of upgrades to include a new roof and painting and windows and doors, and all oak flooring. PETS: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this property.

POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures). The charge for BOTH pool and spa is $600.00 for the first day and $300.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  The house looked beautiful however, the mattresses need to be replaced in most bedrooms. The pool and spa lights were not operational for swimming at night. Also, the last day and a half there was no heat for the pool No internet available downstairs made it difficult to be outside without to use laptops. Probably would not rent again.

    From Beverly -- big sigh here. I am very sorry to read this on the internet, as the Meyers never called or contacted us for any issue during their stay even though we (1) leave a note with our 24/7 contact information and ask that they reach out at anytime, and (2) perform what we call our "well check" by text 48 hours after arrival. Not a peep. Again, sigh. I cannot fix what I do not know about. The mattresses in this house were installed (new, of course) when we did all of the interior design in 2021. Further, they are the same mattresses we use in all of our NESTS (they are made in Charleston SC) and people love them so much they ask how to buy them-- no kidding. Internet issues, pool heating-- all you have to do is call us. we have a very good EROS systema t this house and there is no reason it should not have been working downstairs as the main hub of the house is located downstairs. If you are reading this far, and you ever have an issue or need, no matter how small, just call! I have been coming here for years, and own a condo here actually, but it was too small to fit all of us for this trip. We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful house!
