All new furnishings, aged wood and woven textiles have created a "livable" luxury home located on a sought after street near Harbour Town, and only a short bike ride to the beach.

• Super stylish, 5 BR/4 BA home. (3 Kings/1 Queen/ 2 Twins) Main level master bedroom with beautiful en suite bath. Additional main level bedrooms include 2 Kings and 1 Queen. The second level bedroom/bonus space features twin "boat beds" and includes an en suite bath.
• All new furnishing and outfitting just completed April 2022. Fabulously outfitted kitchen, and laundry room with second refrigerator.
• Sleeps 10 maximum comfortably
• Special features include multiple gathering areas, peaceful screened porch, great, open living plan, and excellent bedroom separation.
• Fenced pool area with cool-touch and non slip decking. Pool can be heated in cool months.

• 6 new Samsung televisions, plus Bose Bluetooth speaker.
• Plenty of parking space for 4 vehicles, big garage (great for bikes and coolers) and easy access to the bike path.

• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk to the beach in 10-12 minutes, or bike in 5-7 minutes. You may also drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 5 minutes by car from 11 Gunnery Lane. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: Good dogs accepted, but we (regrettably) cannot allow oily coated breeds like Labradors or spaniels. We can sometimes allow two dogs. Please email us with your specifics and we will provide details.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November.   This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

SECURITY CAMERA: One, on doorbell at front door, facing outside entry.

    The house me location to the beach was awesome! There were 9 on our park with 4 kids 10 and under. The house was beautiful and was roomy for all of us. The kids am lost never got out of the pool except to ride bikes mad go to the beach. Theee was a beach car, plenty of chairs , umbrella etc. everything was in good shape and the house and pool were wonderful. We would load up a chair with the beach studs and one ord the party dropped at the end of the road and we would walk the beach paths. One person took the car and rode the bike to the beach. Worked well. You could walk but it is about .75 mile to the beach and a little much with 4 kids. Definitely would go back. The management was also super easy to work with.

    My husband and I had an amazing stay. The pictures don’t even do this house justice - it’s even more beautiful in person! This unit was so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed. There truly wasn’t one detail that was overlooked and it was also SO clean. The pool was really nice and the yard is fenced in which was perfect for our dog. We were on a super quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. The front office staff is super kind and helpful - Totally worth it and will continue to rent from Beverly Serral for all future visits.

It is beautifully decorated which you don’t realize how much you would appreciate until you are there. The appliances were top notch, the pool had tons of floaties and the home had every beach item you would need. We did have an internet issue and our contact, Lydia was so helpful and accommodating and it was fixed within a day. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time I had. Well worth the cost and will be in my dreams until next summer vacay

    Our family had the most wonderful time at this spacious, light filled beauty of a home! Every amenity was provided from the chef's kitchen to games to a zen porch. The house is beautifully furnished and there was a great gathering space as well as areas for people to relax in quiet. The location made this easily bikeable to all the fun sea pines has to offer...the salty dog, harbor town and of course to the beaches. We have been coming to sea pines for 25 years and this was our favorite home and location ever!

    This is one of those rental experiences where the pictures really does not do the property true justice. The house is simply gorgeous with so much thought and consideration to the furnishings and household items. The house flows beautifully and our whole family had ample room. We loved the backyard pool, riding our bikes to the beach and around the town.
