What’s in a BESTNEST:

• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step off the patio and onto the beachwalk path-- less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November.   This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

  As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed with the beautiful home. Our Swiss friends were truly amazed at the beauty. They said it was like something out of the American movies. The house was laid out beautifully. It allowed us all to have privacy in our own rooms.
  We were also impressed at how well stocked and clean everything was, down to extra batteries. The quality of the supplies was superior to all of the rental units we have stayed at before.
  I will be looking at BestNest properties first in the future.

  This property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked! We have a large family, and as such, we tend to eat in most of the time during our stay. The kitchen had everything that we needed in order to prepare meals. The property was equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and beach, toys. The beach took just a five minute walk!   This home beautifully accomodated 8 adults and 6 children with an easy access to the beach. (One child was in a crib that parents brought with them.)   Six adults and 4 children spent a wonderful family week at 2 Green Wing Teal. This house has a great layout for multifamily vacations. We cooked at home every night and the kitchen contained all the necessary items we needed. We made full use of the pool area morning and evening as well as the bbq, and the short walk to the beach on the beach path was a breeze. We biked daily and loved our stay on Sea Pines. Bestnest provided everything they promised and were easy and professional to work with. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

  This house was perfect for our family of 8 to gather and celebrate a family member. There was room to spread out, different places to socialize as well as be secluded. Wish we could have stayed longer. The bonus was being able to walk to the beach and walk to Salty Dog. Perfect! I do wish the pool did not need an extra cost to heat but we ended up being able to use it regardless since it was warm and sunny
