• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including clean and comfy sleeping pillows, clean kitchen linens, and plenty of beach towels.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Just step out your back door!

PETS: Only humans allowed at this townhouse, please.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: The Turtle Lane Club pools (actually there are two) are just across the parking area and open 9 am to 10 pm, April-September. Please inquire for specific dates of operation each year.

    The property exceeded our expectations! IT was ideally located right on the beach, as advertised, and it provided a full compliment of beach towels and chairs, which is not always the case. In addition, all the furniture, kitchen supplies, linen, etc. were of excellent quality and gave the place a very upscale feel.

    Perfect location right on the beach. The rental was beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you could need including beach equipment.     Our family of six adults and two young children had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home on the beach. We loved the easy walk to the beach, the provided beach towels, sand toys, and kitchen equipment (would have helped to have instructions for the cooktop! - thank heavens for the son-in-law who googled to find instructions!) Clearer, site-specific instructions for the onsite garbage collection area would also be helpful!

    The property was everything as described and then some! Perfect for our family and perfect location. Imagine drinking your coffee or enjoying a cocktail, looking at the ocean and hearing the waves crash every day. It was mesmerizing and I’ll never forget it.     We found this place at the last minute after our existing accommodations through another rental company were misrepresented and needing some work. Beverly was wonderful and quickly got us into the snow, beautiful townhome overlooking the ocean. The place was spotless, well appointed, and have beautiful furnishings. my parents commented that they haven’t had great of a view since they were in Hawaii a number of years ago. we travel a fair amount and Beverly and her team hands-down provided the best level of service you have received.
