2537 Gleneagle Green -- All new kitchen, baths, flooring, electronics, and furnishings. We have filled this stunning villa with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation.

The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of cool neutrals and soft, inviting surfaces. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook-- or not!

Each bedroom (2 Kings including one on the main level and 2 Twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus big, wall mounted television with digital cable, plus full size washer/dryer in a dedicated laundry room for your convenience.

The golf course view of the 2nd fairway/green of the famed Harbour Town Links is simply fabulous and nearly panoramic.

Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting up to 6 guests.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

COMMUNITY POOL: Less than1 minute walking and just for Gleneagle guests.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 8-10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

  The location of this townhome was perfect. We could walk to the Shoppes at Sea Pines Center to pick up our bikes, visit the lovely shops for coffee and dinner anytime (excellent options!). There was a farmers market and art show event during the week of our stay and we loved them. You can also jump on the Trolley from the Shoppes area, so very convenient if you need to take several items to the beach. The bike ride to the beach is about 15 minutes. We were very satisfied with the quality of the renovated living spaces which were lovely and fully stocked for our stay! One recommendation would be to be sure and plan for running box fans in the upstairs of the home for the duration of a stay during the summer. The air conditioning was not able to make those living spaces comfortable otherwise. Truly a wonderful visit!

  Last minute booking was easy as well as clear instructions for arrivals d departure. Spotless, fully renovated condo. Had everything we needed and more. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all new items. Supplies like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper etc all provided. Customer service 5 star as well. Will use BESTNEST in the future I just wish they operated countrywide!
