164 Fairwood Villas is a wonderfully comfortable, light filled property and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. This one-level villa feels like home with light and airy spaces, and 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bath.

The recent renovation, stellar views, and comfort of this villa make it a fabulous new addition to our portfolio in 2022. We've just installed all new furnishings and all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection.

This villa boasts an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen, bar area, and dining with seating for up to 6.

The stylish and comfortable living area features a 65" Samsung TV with expanded digital channel selection. Each BESTNEST features a premium Bluetooth speaker for easy playing of our specially curated BESTNEST Spotify playlists or your own favorites. Work, if you must, at the desk overlooking the serene lagoon, or lounge on the daybed with a good (non working) book.

Two bedrooms (1 Kings, 1 Queen/1 Twin) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV and Netflix. The bathrooms are well lit and sparkling clean. Big closets and laundry area with washer, dryer, and sink complete the special interior features of the villa. Bonus: Super convenient parking right at the front door!

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 29 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 1/2 mile or 10 minutes easy walk.

POOL: This villa does not include pool access, but there is a large ocean available year round, about 10 minutes walk (see above).

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their human will have to pay a fine), and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this property.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

  Another fantastic unit by BESTNEST! This condo has it all. Very clean and well decorated. We most loved the location. So close to ride bikes and see the horses, 10 minute walk to the beach and we loved seeing the alligators in the lagoon across the street. We highly recommend and will stay at this unit again.

  Our stay in 164 Fairwood Villas was excellent! The BestNest staff was incredible from start to finish. They were quick to communicate and provided every detail needed for our stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We LOVED how everything was labeled to make it incredibly easy to settle in for vacation. And the view of the lagoon...wow!! We easily walked and biked to the beach and around Sea Pines, which made the stay so fun. We hope to return soon!!

  Another successful rental through Beverly Serral! This villa was clean, so organized! Every drawer, cabinet, closet labeled and organized with very good quality items in the kitchen, and supplied with everything you need for your stay. We loved the lagoon view, and yes, pay attention to the notice on the sliding door, a gator really does occupy the lagoon! We noticed him enjoying a sunny swim one day! Beds were comfy and it’s located in a very quiet location with ease of biking to the beach, etc. This unit is very bright and tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. One recommendation would be to have a couple of small ottomans to put our feet up while watching tv. I also wish the grill was not located next to trash cans, but with limited outdoor space I guess that’s the only option. We did not use the grill. We would definitely rent this unit again!

  We stayed in this unit for 2 months while our home was being prepared. Great location near back gate to Sea Pines and easy walk to the beach. Beautiful decorating and extremely well equipped with everything tastefully thought of. Beverly Serral takes rentals to another level with her eye for detail and service. We have stayed in a dozen villas in Sea Pines, managed by other agencies but now that we have experienced a BestNEST property we would never rent anything else.
