164 Fairwood Villas is a wonderfully comfortable, light filled property and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. This one-level villa feels like home with light and airy spaces, and 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bath.

The stellar views and comfort of this villa make it a fabulous star in our portfolio. We've installed new furnishings and all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection.

New Furniture for the guest bedroom (King Bed) will be delivered May 1st. Photos coming soon!

This villa boasts an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen, bar area, and dining with seating for up to 6.

The stylish and comfortable living area features a 65" Samsung TV with expanded digital channel selection. Each BESTNEST features a premium Bluetooth speaker for easy playing of our specially curated BESTNEST Spotify playlists or your own favorites. Work, if you must, at the desk overlooking the serene lagoon, or lounge on the daybed with a good (non working) book.

Two bedrooms (1 King, 1 King) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all Smart TVs. The bathrooms are well lit and sparkling clean. Big closets and laundry area with washer, dryer, and sink complete the special interior features of the villa. Bonus: Super convenient parking right at the front door!

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 1/2 mile or 10 minutes easy walk.

POOL: This villa does not include pool access, but there is a large ocean available year round, about 10 minutes walk (see above).

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their human will have to pay a fine), and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this property.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was beautiful with a great kitchen. The furniture was comfortable, light and clean . There was also a nice view overlooking a lagoon and golf course which my husband watched every day from the sunroom. The beach was a 4 minute drive which was easy with little ones. The villas are also on a bike trail which leads straight to the beach. Lastly, the check-in and check-out instructions was easy. BestNest was responsive and made us very comfortable. We loved it and are already talking about returning.

  This rental was in the perfect location - a short bike ride or walk to the beach which was never crowded, and easy access to the rest of the island. The home was beautifully decorated, generously stocked with everything you might need on vacation and spotlessly clean on arrival. Another bonus - the beautiful and calming view of the lagoon you could enjoy sitting on the back deck or in the sunroom. BestNest was very professional and timely in any questions we had.   Another successful rental through Beverly Serral! This villa was clean, so organized! Every drawer, cabinet, closet labeled and organized with very good quality items in the kitchen, and supplied with everything you need for your stay. We loved the lagoon view, and yes, pay attention to the notice on the sliding door, a gator really does occupy the lagoon! We noticed him enjoying a sunny swim one day! Beds were comfy and it’s located in a very quiet location with ease of biking to the beach, etc. This unit is very bright and tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. One recommendation would be to have a couple of small ottomans to put our feet up while watching tv. I also wish the grill was not located next to trash cans, but with limited outdoor space I guess that’s the only option. We did not use the grill. We would definitely rent this unit again!

  We stayed in this unit for 2 months while our home was being prepared. Great location near back gate to Sea Pines and easy walk to the beach. Beautiful decorating and extremely well equipped with everything tastefully thought of. Beverly Serral takes rentals to another level with her eye for detail and service. We have stayed in a dozen villas in Sea Pines, managed by other agencies but now that we have experienced a BestNEST property we would never rent anything else.
