Welcome to the NEW BESTNEST/Luxe at 8 Gull Point in Sea Pines.

8 Gull Point is a wonderfully comfortable home, and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. The sweeping view of the broad, tidal marsh is stunning and visible from nearly every room. Enjoy watching scores of birds as they feed and fly in this peaceful and tranquil setting.

The superb South Beach location on a very posh street make this home a new star on our roster of often re-visited properties. We've just installed all new smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection. Walk to the beach in 6-7 minutes.

This home boasts an exceptionally well planned and outfitted kitchen with all new appliances, opening into a dining area with seating for 8, a completely comfortable living area, and breakfast area overlooking the deck, pool, and marsh.

The spacious living area features a 75" LCD flat screen HDTV, centrally located JBL Bluetooth speaker.

Four bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Twins, and 1 Queen) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV. The three full bathrooms are fully renovated and sparkling clean. There is also a dedicated laundry room and over-sized one car garage.

Experience BESTNEST/Luxe: An elevated experience in vacationing. Please inquire for a complete list of Luxe amenities including Kiehl's, Nespresso, and Mrs. Meyers products, and to speak with a specialized BESTNEST/Luxe Concierge.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 6-7 minutes, or bike in 5 minutes. A full array of beach equipment is provided including Shibumi shade and Yeti or comparable coolers, beach wagon, umbrellas, and more.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Heatable with propane. The charge for is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November.   This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

PETS: Good dogs accepted, but we (regrettably) cannot allow oily coated breeds like Labradors or spaniels. We can sometimes allow two dogs. Please email us with your specifics and we will provide details.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the top quality household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee and supplies. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

    I almost didn't stay at this property because despite it seeming like a lovely rental, it had no reviews, and I want to remedy that! We had a wonderful stay at 8 Gull Point. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more - they even had Tupperware, all kitchen equipment, multiplugs etc. You could tell it's run by a professional company. The pool was great and heated to a perfect temperature for my kids (who like it warm - with the additional fee of course). We ordered groceries ahead of time and someone came to put them away and deliver any packages before our arrival. The company was very responsive - dealing with any minor issues efficiently and professionally. Also - for anyone with small children (mine are 3 and 1) the open layout and one floor structure (no stairs) makes it perfect and safe for kids. It is a 3 minute bike ride to the beach, 5-7 minutes to salty dog. In general, the whole sea pines area is magical, has everything you need and so many activities for both adults and kids. You can get almost anywhere on bikes (we pulled the kids in a kiddie cart) which was also a super fun way to explore. Overall, we had a great vacation and look forward to staying at 8 Gull Point again in the future!

    This house was exactly as described which is refreshing in this day and age. The home had many updates, was clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay. So there was no need to run to the store to purchase a bunch of standard items most rentals don't provide. We found everything very comfortable, especially the beds and the bathrooms. A couple of suggestions: supply a Dyson or equivalent vacuum and secure the dishwasher to the countertop. Also get the outside cushions professionally cleaned or replace them with new. And cover them with a better fabric to avoid the cushions getting soaked after a rain.
