Our brand-new BESTNEST/Luxe property at 14 North Live Oak, Sea Pines, perfectly exemplifies this elevated experience. This stunning home built in 2023 blends casual elegance with gracious living, offering inviting indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures. For Easter/Heritage week, a 7-night stay is also required with flexible arrival and departure dates, while other seasons offer a 4-night minimum stay.

• New construction with thoughtful, fine quality features- something fabulous at every turn!
• Custom decor and exceptional finishes (including amazing artwork) for complete comfort in a lovely setting,
• Heatable pool and spa and large patio and TV, plus grassy lawn ideal for children and games. Amazing outdoor shower!
• Expansive screened porch with TV and gas log fireplace, plus amazing outdoor grilling/kitchen,
• A second private porch with swing daybed- ideal for a nap or morning coffee,
• A fully stocked, true cook’s kitchen (plus butler's pantry!) with multiple Sub-Zero refrigeration, a gourmet gas cooktop, 3 coffee makers (traditional drip, Keurig, and Nespresso Virtuo. Kcups and Nespresso pods coffee also supplied),
• Total of 6 Bedrooms, each with en suite baths, and 6 full and 2 half baths: Main level bedroom primary bedroom suite; upper level includes 2 king bedrooms with 2 queens each. Carriage house over garage includes 2 twins plus large sectional sofa and mini kitchen and full bath. (Total beds include 3 Kings, 4 queens, and 2 twins),
• Main level and upper level laundry,
• Full Smart Home Technology with whole-house WiFi/400 Mbps speed, password protected internet, plus smart system sound (indoor and outdoor) and all new televisions,
• Full array of beach equipment to include wagons for hauling, chairs, Yeti coolers, and Shibumi sunshades,
• Gorgeous golf view in rear and and long lagoon view in front.

CAMERAS/SECURITY: Doorbell camera only. No interior cameras.

POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  Beautiful home. So much living space, equipped with everything you need plus more. Fabulous kitchen.! Outdoor area was amazing overlooking the golf course and a beautiful lagoon view from the front as well. Close to the clubhouse and easy walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive if any issues came up. Can’t say enough great things. We cannot wait to return.

  This rental was everything we could imagine. We had a total group of 8 and there was plenty of space. In fact there was still room to spare! The home is smart so you can control various aspects of the home from touchpads located strategically throughout the home. The pool was lovely. There was beautiful view of the golf course. We even got to see wildlife walk by! Deer, turtles, alligators. The neighborhood is gated so it is very safe and quiet. Within the community there are various eateries and very close to the beach. This was the perfect place!

  Top notch. Unforgettable. Perfection. Our stay at 14 N. Live Oak was so good that today, our first day back home, we are experiencing massive withdrawals! We want to make breakfast in that kitchen today. We want coffee on the porch. We want to read on the porch swing then take a nap there. We want to be floating in the pool. We want to stroll to the beach. We want to watch our Detroit Tigers on the outdoor TV. WE STILL WANT TO BE THERE!! We LOVED our time there SO, SO MUCH but do have one issue: it wasn't long enough!

  We are a family of five and had the best Memorial Day long weekend at 14 live oak. We rented bikes and loved our bike rides to the beach and dinner. The home is stocked above and beyond a normal rental home. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and watching the golfers out the back windows. We ate and sat on the screened porch multiple times a day- maybe my favorite relaxing thing about my weekend.
  We will definitely rent same house and from BEST NEST again!

  The house was new, perfectly appointed, clean. It easily held our large group with plenty of spaces for quiet time. It was the perfect place for our tennis team to relax during rain delays where we enjoyed games and movies. The location was nearby the main areas of Sea Pines and easy access to many restaurants and amenities. We got a personal tour from the property manager upon arrival. We would come back again next time!
