Beautifully redesigned in 2024, this light-filled, single-level villa offers a fresh take on Lowcountry living with thoughtfully curated interiors, inviting gathering spaces, and an ideal location in the heart of Sea Pines. Just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by gorgeous live oaks, 63 Fairway Lane combines elevated design with the relaxed comfort that defines the BESTNEST Luxe experience.

THE SETTING: Fairway Lane offers a peaceful retreat just moments from the beach, bike trails, and more. The villa's one-level layout, airy interiors, and abundant natural light create an atmosphere that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee in the cozy reading nook, grilling dinner in the private courtyard, or taking an evening walk beneath the moss-draped trees of Sea Pines, every day feels comfortably unhurried.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Couples, small families, friends traveling together, and guests looking for a beautifully designed villa within easy walking distance of the beach. The single-level floor plan also makes it especially appealing for guests who prefer stairless layouts.

POOL: While Fairway Lane Villas does not offer neighborhood pool, the beach is approximately one-quarter mile from the villa (5-7 minutes walking), making it easy to spend your days enjoying the Atlantic Ocean before returning home to relax beneath the shade of the live oaks.

LUXE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 5 comfortably // 1 King bed // 1 Queen bed // 1 Twin bed. The spacious primary suite features a luxurious king bed, premium BESTNEST Signature linens, Smart TV, and private ensuite bath designed with comfort in mind. The guest suite offers both a queen and twin bed, its own ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and beautifully appointed furnishings, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The kitchen has been exceptionally equipped for guests who enjoy cooking, entertaining, or simply gathering together after a day at the beach. Premium cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, and abundant glassware make every meal feel effortless. A full-size French door refrigerator with filtered water, beverage refrigerator, Nespresso coffee, and the villa's signature bar area create a welcoming space that's equally suited for casual breakfasts or evening cocktails.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $450 per dog. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Guests traveling without pets can rest assured there is no evidence of pets within the villa.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately one-quarter mile, or an easy five- to seven-minute walk.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies differ—please inquire. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days before arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

  Great Sea Pines location. Appreciate the welcome basket of special treats and the coffee supplies. Close to The Beach Club, South Beach and Harbour Town. Lots of light with views of the golf course. Enjoyed watching the golfers, birds, and alligator from the bank of windows.
