• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  This is our second time staying at the Plantation Club. It’s central location is ideal for families who want to bike or walk to the beach, the horse stable, Harbor Town, South Beach, and the preserve. All those things are an easy walk or ride away. The condo is roomy and comfortable, with comfy beds and plenty of seating. A nice large balcony overlooking the golf course, a well-stocked kitchen. Clean, tidy, not crowded. One thing I really appreciate is the ample supply of basic materials: full bars of soap, full bottles of shampoo, full containers of cleaning supplies, trash bags, ziplock bags, etc. It’s nice to have the basics covered so you’re not buying bulk supplies at a rental. We hope to come back soon!

  Sometimes you see photos of a property online and then you get there and find the photos were taken several years ago. This property was just as pictured, and location was better than expected.
  4th floor location overlooking the golf course. Less than 10 minute easy walk to the beach. Restaurant and bike rental less than 5 minute walk. Not sure it could get better.
  Condo appointments were excellent. Plush towels, comfortable bed, full bars of shea butter Dove soap and full bottle of shampoo, rather than hotel size minis. Greeting basket on counter with cookies, chocolate, and other goodies. Pots and pans, silverware and dinnerware were more than enough to cook any meal you might want, and entertain guests as well. Also, beach towels and beach chairs were provided. Management group gets 5 stars.
  We would stay there again.

  We had a wonderful experience renting this dog-friendly villa over Thanksgiving weekend. It was extremely clean and the welcome basket was a nice touch - something you rarely encounter with other rental companies on HHI. It can be difficult to find quality accommodations that also permit dogs that are this close to the beach. There are other dogs in the complex so be aware you might encounter other dogs when coming and going. We look forward to our next stay at this Sea Pines Villa.

  My stay was great, as always! I do think the owners need to provide a little love and updates to the property as it does not show like other Beverly Serral rentals. Things like replacing a couple of the air conditioning vents that look rusted and dirty, new hinges on the glass cabinet in the kitchen, and some new art work would be small things that would make a big difference. With that said it is a good property and great location and I would stay again.

  Great location and customer service...Villa itself was the best stocked rental we've ever had. There was somewhat of a fear factor used with bringing a pet. And it wasn't until after we booked that we were notified with a questionairre regarding the type of dog we were bringing potentially not allowed in the villa.
  Villa was perfect location for beach/tennis with a great golf view.
  There was white dog hair in areas on the floor that we noticed the second day of our stay (we had a brown dog). The elevator is in desparate need of repair.

And the other nearby pool in the Plantation Villas was very dirty.   This unit has everything you need. Right down to nice beach chairs with umbrella and a beach cart to carry it all, and its an easy walk to the beach. The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in and came with all the amenities you needed to keep it that way, so you weren't waisting valuable vacation time running to the store to buy soap, toilet paper, etc. I would definitely rent this property again and would recommend it.

  This is a great vacation unit in Sea Pines Plantation at Hilton Head Island. Unit is as shown in the pictures The unit has a great view of the golf course. It is right next to the golf course, bike store and very short walk to beach club.

  We were very pleased with our stay at Sea Pines! From the fully stocked kitchen and updated, modern furniture to the roomy bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms stocked with everything you could possibly need! We loved being right on the golf course and renting bikes to ride around the island! We were also just 1 minute away from a parking lot for the beach. This was a great family vacation! We will definitely be back!

  This is a Platinum level Condo. Everything was provided for a week long stay. The television was HD quality which was perfect for the Bowls games over New Years. They are also "Smart" TV's allowing you to access Netflix, Amazon Etc. I know TV shouldn't be so important on a vacation, but during winter the temperatures range from frostbite to sunburn and you never know. The Serral team was outstanding to work with and I couldn't be happier with the Unit. (Too bad it is on 4th Floor and elevator isn't as nice as the unit is.) Sea Pines is the greatest resort on the east coast!

    Don and Ruth-- you need only ask and spoons will appear! Printer........well, we do not include printers in our properties, but for frequent guests (like yourselves) we will happily store your printer in our office and you may take it to whichever home or villa you are renting while you are here. We do this for several guests who spend several weeks at a time with us. Hmmm...... I suppose location is in the eye of the guest, but most people consider 4 minute walk to beach, directly on leisure trail, adjacent to trolley stop, with sweeping view of the Atlantic Dunes course a "5".

  Once we figured out the door lock things went well! Never did really figure out the dishwasher either?? everything else was comfortable and stylish. You even thought of storage bags! There was a few hrs of power outage during we took a nap!

  Upon our arrival, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by the team's attention to the details! Gourmet snacks, fresh bananas and a lovely welcome note.
  
  Everything was clean and organized without a thing missing. The location was perfect: we biked to the beach, Salty Dog, Harbor Town and Coligny Plaza. Sea Pines bike shop is right next door and accommodated us with everything we needed. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay.
  
  We have rented other places @HHI over the years and this was top shelf. Everything we needed was there, making it easy if we decide to fly over next time. We will be calling Beverly for our rentals going forward, she and her team are the best!!

  The property was just as described in the listing... clean, nicely decorated, great location, etc. We enjoyed our stay despite the rain and bad weather. Enjoyed biking & jogging on the beach.   Exactly as advertised: spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely well equipped. If you are even a little OCD, you will be able to relax here because Beverly and her team thought of everything down to providing coffee for the first morning and labeling all the remotes to make them kid proof. Speaking of, we had 3 kids in our party. The pool is on site, the Beach Club is an easy walk, and there are bike trails right out front - so they found plenty to do. There is a washer & dryer in the unit which made quick work of the constant flow of bathing suits and beach towels. We also had 2 small dogs. We kept them penned when not home, but the majority of the floors are either tile or a high quality laminate – so it was a worry free and easy to keep clean. We tended to prepare breakfast and lunch at home and the kitchen was very well equipped; plenty of restaurant options for dinners out. A good choice nearby is Truffles. One of our favorite things to do was a dolphin tour with Outside Hilton Head. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful and we took away many fond memories.

  Our recent trip to Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island was fantastic. The property was exactly as seen on the website and having a professional property manager on site was a great benefit. They made the check-in process seamless, provided a personal touch with some of the amenities, and responded to any concern within minutes. We loved the location right on the golf course and within walking distance to the Plantation clubhouse which supports two of the courses. When we come back, we will request the same location!!

  We had a wonderful stay at 445 Plantation Club Villa in Sea Pines. Although the weather wasn't the best, my husband was able to get in two rounds of golf. The restaurants on the island are wonderful. Our first night, we dined at CQ. It was great. We also dined at Sea Grass and Sage. Both were excellent. The welcome goodie basket was such a nice touch. The villa was nicely decorated and well supplied with all the necessities. We will absolutely stay at a property managed by Beverly!!! Our view of the golf course was a big plus for us. So relaxing. Two minor suggestions: The front door could use a fresh coat of paint and the cleaners need to pay more attention to things like dusting the canister set in the kitchen and cleaning the main shower glass door better. Overall, we loved the villa.
