• Launch you KAYAK (and store it in the garage!) at the end of Wren Drive. This house has perfect access for kayak entry into the Marsh 100 yards away at the end of the culdesac. Put in at high tide with a 30 min paddle past the salty dog out to the inlet around to the beach and roll home!
• Quick bike ride to South Beach Marina Village in 5 minutes, or walk it in less than 10.

What’s in a BESTNEST:

• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive-- less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November.   This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans will have to pay the fine) and must be crated when left alone in the property.

  We loved this property. Home is gorgeous. Much bigger than it appears and the interior layout and furnishings are wonderful. Great pool and hot tub and a very quick walk to the beach. Lovely backyard with a nice grill if you wish to eat at home. Master suite is very comfy. We only had 4 in our party but house big enough for at least 8. Owners were wonderful. Had one very small issue with a TV(March Madness) and they had a rep at the house in minutes to fix. Stop scrolling and rent this place. We will definitely be back!!

  This place was AMAZING!! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience. The house/property was very clean, modern and spacious. Our group of six could easily gather together in the kitchen or living room; or keep to ourselves in our bedrooms when needed. We found everything in the description to be very accurate! Every amenity you could think of was a available from a crockpot to hand soap. When they say you don’t need to bring much, they mean it! The pool/patio was beautiful with ample seating for our group and the pool temp was perfect. The beach is less than a 10 min walk out the front door. All the beach amenities were provided, too! The check-in process was simple and seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

  Our stay at 12 Wren Dr. was wonderful from start to finish! Everything in the house was just as it was represented on VRBO. The house is in very good condition and everything was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, etc . We've stayed at some homes where everything appears to be for the "second home", but that was not the case here! Something else that I appreciated, that we haven't seen in other properties, is how well labeled everything was in the house. Light switches, garbage disposal, dos/don'ts, operating instructions, etc.....all identified and there to make things easier for you. Plenty of towels avaiable for use and also, having household basics provided (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc....) is a huge help and something else that hasn't been consistently provided at other homes we've rented. Lots of beach equipment to use in the garage and the beach is truly just a short, five minute walk from the home. We didn't use the backyard or the pool a whole lot because the beach was so close, but it was clean and the temperature was perfect and there was plenty of seating available for our group. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back and rent this, or another property from Bestnest, but we just wouldn't come back in July or August.....haha....just too hot and humid for these northerners!

  Absolutely perfect! With COVID, we wanted a location that we could enjoy without dealing with crowds. The house we rented was beautiful! It was modern, clean and it was stocked better than any rental property we have ever rented. The house looked exactly as pictured. There isn't enough space to truly describe just how wonderful this home was for our family. It was spacious enough to allow everyone to have privacy. We went off season so it was very quiet. We used the pool every day. The patio had space for lounging, playing cards and eating a meal. The beach was literally a five minute walk down the street. It was incredible value for the money. I highly recommend Beverly Serral rentals. We had a couple of issues while we stayed here. They were handled very professionally and customer service was a pleasure to deal with. We have recommended this property to all of our friends. Will DEFINITELY be renting from Beverly Serral in the future!

  We have been vacationing on HHI for awhile now and this was the best house we have rented! The location is perfect because it is a short bike ride to the Salty Dog for ice cream and entertainment and a short walk to the beach. We have a 6 and 2 year old and both were able to enjoy the pool due to the zero entry. Our 2 year old LOVED splashing around in the inches deep section! This house was very well stocked, especially in the kitchen with spices, dishes, and cooking utensil items. The house is super spacious and well furnished. I would for sure stay here again.

  We found the house to be very clean and accommodating. The beach was only a five-minute walk; South Beach Marina, ten minutes. These are two of our favorite places to go at Hilton Head.   This was the third time we rented from Beverly and her team and once again we were completely satisfied. Great house with a great layout, perfect location, completely comfortable for our extended family, everything is exactly as it's described in the listing. Loved the big living room with plenty of seating for everyone and the large kitchen/breakfast/dining area. The grill was great, our family enjoyed a great grilled dinner one night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were equally wonderful, beds were very comfortable. South Beach was wonderful, never too crowded, very easy walk from the house and we loved having our own pool to cool down in after the beach. We fell in love with Hilton Head Island and Beverly Serral rentals the first time we visited and wouldn't consider renting from anybody else.

  We rented 12 Wren in May - and had family for the first half or our stay and friends for the second. It worked out very well - the property was great for our family. Then when the kids had to get back to work, friends from Chicago joined us and the accommodations were perfect for 4 couples. It worked out really well. The property location was ideal for our needs, close to the beach and the Salty Dog - and not too far a bike ride to Harbor Town. Close to several golf courses and of course restaurants... and UBER accessible if you don't feel like driving to dinner. The pool was perfect... overall a great spot.

The house conveniently had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and when we had too much sun, we could hang in the shade by the pool. The house had every convenience you can think of to accommodate 6 adults without feeling crowded. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a family meal. Sea Pines is absolutely gorgeous.   This rental property completely satisfied our needs. It is so convenient to the beach, a bike ride to salty dogs, the pool was perfect for all our kids who ranged from 15-2, and the house had everything you needed. Kitchen had every appliance you could think of, every utensil and plenty of dishes for all of us. Loved that everything in this kitchen was labeled so you knew exactly where to put things back. As for beach essentials, the house had it all, only thing missing were bikes, you'll need to rent those on your own. But that was super easy and convenient, they deliver right to the house.

  We have stayed at 12 Wren twice now and have had positive experiences both times. We went in August, 2014 with my extended family and in April, 2015 with my wife's family. It's close to the south end of the island. A short bike ride from the Salty Dog, Tennis Center and beach. House is in very good condition and has been clean both times. They have very good and well organized system for telling you how the home works (TV, WiFi, Pool/Spa, etc.) Overall we have been very happy with our 2 stays and hope to come back in the future.

  We had two 60 year olds, two 30 year olds and two three year olds together at 12 Wren and we still had an extra bedroom and bathroom. The home worked great for us - open spaces that were child proofed. The pool is beautiful and the walk to the beach was very easy even for the little ones. This is the top home we have ever rented on HHI. (We have never rented a beach front home.) Beverly and her team had it in tip top shape.
