HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  We had a wonderful stay at 5 Pine Court. It was just me, my husband, son, and dog but the home would've housed our whole family comfortably. The house was perfectly stocked with all the things you need to cook. It was well labeled and even included all the household things you hate to buy on vacation like dish soap, dish detergent, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. The house was very clean and even cuter in person. The ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club wasn't too bad. It's an 11 minute ride. The ride itself isn't bad...I personally hate crossing the busy roads but that's a me thing. Also there's a short bike/walking trail in the back of the neighborhood that let's you out at a small strip mall that has restaurants and a little shopping. Overall when had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this location again. On a side note, the management company was so sharp that I will look at all of their locations for future trips.

  Wonderful home! Even more beautiful than we expected. Beverly Serral has done a great job, again. Sea Pines is wonderful and we love the paths throughout. I gave four stars for location only because of the distance from the beach. It’s still a fantastic location. I highly recommend renting bicycles as the beach is just a little far for a walk in my opinion - especially if you have children or want to take lots of items.

  This house was perfect for my family- a large amount of space, upstairs bedrooms and bathroom for the kids, nice laundry room, great closet space in the main bedroom, and well-equipped kitchen. The rental company had amazing communication, and the included extras (trash bags, smaller baggies, paper towels, beach towels, beach toys, soap, etc.) made our vacation so much easier. The only downside for us was the bike ride to the beach, as my mom ended up not being comfortable on a bike, which complicated things. It is a quick 10 minute bike ride to the beach, as well as restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood pool was nice, and there is a tennis court and small playground next to the pool. I walked the neighborhood many times with our dog- we saw an alligator out on the road once and in the water the other times, so be aware of that (they are everywhere in HH). Be sure to bring bug spray because the mosquitos were awful. If you don't mind a bike ride to the beach, this is a great place to stay!

  Our family of five enjoyed our week in the house and would recommend it without hesitation. The house was extremely clean, very attractive and was in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The entire house was well-equipped with everything you could need. We were able to cook several full meals in the large kitchen. The house was decorated very tastefully and the 2 car garage was convenient. We were able to ride bikes to the beach, the pool, and Harbour Town. And it was a short drive to South Beach. I was very pleased with the small touches that were included in the property. We've stayed in Sea Pines numerous times and love the location. However, this property was the nicest we have stayed in, and I highly recommend it!

    HI Carol-- Great idea for renovation! There is a nice sitting area with skylight upstairs, but perhaps that space might be better allocated to an expanded bathroom. As for mirrors-- another excellent idea-- we can do that immediately! I am not sure why the 3 for cleanliness-- we will reach out to Ms. johnson now to ascertain. We take clean seriously and have a 24 hour phone line (direct to me) noted to every guest to call immediately if something escapes our attention and fails to meet the guest expectations.   My family of four really enjoyed staying at 5 Pine Ct. The house is well decorated and outfitted. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is about 1 mile from the beach so we rented bikes for the week which made it easier. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and toys that made it so we did not have to bring all those things with us. The neighborhood is quiet and was quite restful. Beverly Serral was easy to work with and made sure we felt cared for during our visit--they even left a few goodies for us upon check-in. We would certainly recommend renting this house for a nice quiet getaway.

  We had a wonderful stay at HH. The house was extremely equipped for cooking, beach towels, beach chairs and one of the nicest benefits was the 2 car garage. We were able to park one vehicle and use the other side for all our bicycles. We had seven bikes with us. Short ride to stores and excellent breakfast location. It was a short ride to the beach club, just very crowded. My only wish was to be closer to the other beach access points.

  We're a family of four plus 2 grandparents and had a fantastic spring break week in this house. If I could give it 6 stars for location I would because it is so peaceful yet has easy access to everything in Sea Pines. We especially loved biking to the beach and Harbour Town. The house itself is well-equipped and comfortable. Great towels. Beach equipment far exceeded our expectations. We love to cook on vacation so we often bring some of our own kitchen tools but that wasn't necessary in this rental. A minor cleanliness issue was resolved by a quick phone call to Beverly within an hour of our arrival. Be aware that the layout has the master bedroom very conveniently located next to the kitchen and other common areas, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, so this house is best for families and friends who value togetherness and keep similar sleeping schedules.

  As usual, our vacation was great! We love Hilton Head, we love the house. The house is set up perfect for our family and we feel right at home there. It has everything we need. Just a couple of things that were not as clean as the previous year. the skillets and pots were greasy, even the lids had grease on them, but no big deal, we just washed them before cooking. The floors were really dirty this year, so we wore slippers or sox as we always deposited our shoes at the door each time we came in. Everything else was fabulous, I know we will be back!

We had 4 adults and 2 teenage boys and it fit everyone nicely. This unit even allowed our dogs to come with us and they provided their beach towels...for the dogs! When checking in, we were welcomed with a wonderful gift basket complete with doggie biscuits. Everything was thought of and left us feeling sad when we left. We will definitely be returning to one of Beverly's units in the future. The location of this home was central to everything. We biked to the beach, harbor town, South Beach Marina, Lawton Stables, and through the preserve. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this trip was for our family. THANK YOU BEVERLY!!

  Everything was quite perfect, really. The house was great for our family of 6. The location was great...central Sea Pines, close to everything, but quiet and kind of out of the way at the same time. The house had everything we needed (kitchen items, beach stuff, etc.). Beverly and her team made it super-easy, too--great communication and details to make it so nice! (One small note: two bikes are included at the house, though not mentioned in the description, so this would've saved us a little bit of money on bike rentals for the week.) We biked just about everywhere! Loved the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, especially. Honestly, we couldn't think of anything we would change.

  We enjoyed staying at 5 Pine Court, nice floor plan with master on main level and a two other bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed. Open floor plan, great location within Sea Pines. The house was organized well and clean and was equipped well. Beverly and her staff were very accommodating when we had questions. We are staying again next year!

  My family just experienced a great week in Hilton Head. Our house was perfect! The supplied binder provided a wealth of information, including fantastic restaurant options. Sea Shack and Truffles are not to be missed. All the electronics were labeled with clear operating instructions. The house was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. The television in the family room was ideal for watching Thanksgiving football games. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay. We look forward to returning next year.

  The girls and I had a beautiful time. There were 6 of us total and there was more than enough room and bathrooms to accommodate each one of us and our different and unique needs. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach accessories! We loved the decor, furnishings, and especially the super duper comfortable beds (hard to get out them in the mornings). The Sea Pines community met all of our needs and then some. We didn't have to leave the community for anything. The private beach, pool, golfing, grocery store, horses, etc. was more than we ever expected!
